Configuration example:
GENIOR MODULAR with DTA evaluation and additional sensor technology. Input and visualization in this example are carried out via the control. Other configurations are possible.

Data capturing

  • Sensorless with DTA (Digital Torque Adapter). Uses a selection of the drive data captured by the control to evaluate the spindle torque and the feeder axles

  • Additional or alternative external sensors for
    • Extension and force
    • Active power
    • Torque
    • Vibration and acceleration
    • Mechanical vibration
    • Standard power or voltage signal

  • Easy to understand visualization of the processes, and simple operation
  • Genior Modular requires no training or special expertize

  • The CPU module, and additional modules for connecting sensors if required, are simply clipped onto the DIN rails in the control cabinet (Fig. left)
  • For applications where integration into the control is not possible or not wanted: external control panel with
    integrated computing unit
