Reference report deep-hole drilling (Bosch Bamberg)
Bosch performs deep-hole drilling in the manufacturing process of components, principally using the ARTIS CTM system. Of the four deep holes drilled, in the passed two drill holes were important for defining cycle times. Secure and reliable monitoring of the drills was called for.

Integral aircraft components are machined at AIRBUS using a high-speed ECOSPEED machining centre from DST at a speed of up to 8000 cm³/min with the aid of a Sprint Z3 parallel kinematic machining head.

Reference report gear hobbing
A major manufacturer of commercial vehicles uses Liebherr gear hobbing machines to manufacture gearwheels for engine production. A comparison was made between monitored and non-monitored gear hobbing processes with a Liebherr LC 300 and a Liebherr LC 282. The respective tool costs for the monitored and non-monitored Liebherr machine were recorded and compared.
